Terms of Service & Liability Disclaimer

1. Service Description. SnuggyCare Pharma provides cryptographic verification codes for pharmaceutical anti-counterfeit purposes using proprietary patent-pending technology.

2. No Warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SnuggyCare does not guarantee that the service will prevent all counterfeiting or fraud.

3. Limitation of Liability. SnuggyCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

4. Manufacturer Responsibility. The manufacturer remains solely responsible for compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations (EU FMD, DSCSA, etc.). SnuggyCare codes supplement but do not replace regulatory requirements.

5. Data Accuracy. The manufacturer warrants all registration information is accurate and complete. SnuggyCare reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information.

6. Best Efforts. SnuggyCare operates to the highest security standards. In the event of a security breach, affected manufacturers will be notified within 72 hours.

7. Fortress Tier. Manufacturers using multi-party authorization assume shared responsibility. SnuggyCare is not liable for unauthorized approvals from compromised signer keys.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
